The Service does not produce, and does not host, photographic or video recordings of actual sexually explicit conduct involving real human beings within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Because no actual human performers engage in the depicted conduct, the material falls outside the record-keeping requirements of those provisions.

2. Why the Record-Keeping Requirements Do Not Apply

Section 2257 record-keeping obligations attach to producers of depictions of actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct. Content generated by the Service is synthetic output produced by machine-learning models. It is not a recording of an event that occurred, and no performer participates in the depicted conduct. To the extent any content on the Service could be characterised as a depiction of simulated conduct, it is exempt on the same basis.

3. Strict 18+ Requirement

The Service is available exclusively to adults aged 18 or older. Account creation requires an explicit age confirmation, and the sign-up form cannot be submitted until it is given. Generating, uploading, or attempting to generate any content depicting a minor is absolutely prohibited, has no exception, and results in immediate account termination. We act on any account we reasonably believe belongs to, or depicts, a person under 18.

4. Uploaded Source Photos and Consent

Users supply their own source photograph. Our rules permit only two cases: a photo of yourself, or a photo of another adult who has given explicit, informed consent for that specific use. Uploading an image of any third party without consent — including a public figure — is a violation of our Terms of Service. Every upload passes through automated moderation before any generation begins and before any coins are charged; where the system cannot confirm compliance, the upload is rejected by default.

5. Original Photos Are Not Retained

Source photographs uploaded by users are deleted from our servers immediately after the generation completes, and are not used to train models. Generated results remain in the user's account history for a limited period and are then removed automatically. We therefore do not maintain a library of source photographs of identifiable individuals.

6. Reporting Non-Consensual Content

If you believe your image or likeness has been used on the Service without your consent, report it and we will act on a priority basis, whether or not you hold an account with us. Credible reports lead to removal or restriction of the content while we investigate — we do not wait for the investigation to conclude — and may result in suspension of the account responsible. We handle these reports regardless of the country you are in.
