The second, and more important, reason is the consent mechanism. Clothoff states plainly in its terms that using someone else's photo without consent, or generating content of a minor, is against the rules and can get an account banned. That's a real policy, and it's more than some tools bother to write down. But it's a stated rule enforced after the fact, through detection and bans, rather than a check that happens before anything is generated. The third reason is simpler: Clothoff is a photo and video tool, full stop. There's no chat, no character, nothing conversational. If part of what you wanted was an AI companion to talk to in addition to generated images, that's a different kind of product entirely, and you won't find it here.

Languages and trust signals. We didn't find Russian or Hindi listed among Clothoff's supported languages during our check. Hoty works in English, Russian, and Hindi, states its consent policy the same way in all three, and moderates before charging rather than banning after the fact.

A few other alternatives worth knowing about

Clothoff's direct competitors in the undress-tool category tend to be smaller, harder to verify, and surrounded by the same kind of "free coins" spam we ran into researching this post, so we're not going to name ones we can't stand behind with real facts.
