Hoty is built around one rule: only your own photo, or a photo of someone who explicitly agreed to it. Here's what that means in practice.

18 and older, checked at sign-up

Hoty is for adults only. Signing up requires an explicit 18+ confirmation, and the sign-up button stays disabled until you check it. We act on any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

Consent is required for every photo

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of another adult who gave explicit, informed consent for that specific use. Uploading a photo of any third party — including a public figure — without consent breaks our rules, and uploading anything depicting someone under 18, in any form, is strictly prohibited.

Every upload is checked before you pay

Every photo is automatically reviewed by our moderation system before it's used to generate anything, and before any coins are charged. If the system can't confirm a photo complies with our rules, the upload is rejected by default — we don't let an unclear case through.

What's not allowed

Beyond the age and consent rules above, we don't allow attempts to bypass moderation, harassment of other users, or content that otherwise breaks our Terms of Service.

AI chat characters aren't real people

Every character in our chat feature is a fictional persona generated by AI — not a real person, and not operated by one.
