Content Removal

If something on Hoty depicts you without your consent, or otherwise breaks our rules, here is how to report it and how quickly we act.

Priority: non-consensual content (NCII)

A report that someone's likeness was used without their consent is our highest priority, whether or not you have a Hoty account. When a report is credible, we remove or restrict the content while we investigate, without waiting for the investigation to finish, and may suspend the account that uploaded it. We handle these reports regardless of what country you're in.

How to report content

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Non-consensual content complaint." Include a link or identifier for the content if you have one — a generation ID, chat character name, or URL — and information that lets us confirm your connection to the person depicted, such as a reference photo or other reasonable proof.

How fast we respond

We acknowledge reports promptly and give a substantive response within 14 days of receiving a complete report. Priority NCII reports move faster: content can be removed or restricted before our review is even finished.

What happens next

Depending on the report, we may ask for more information, review the account and generation records involved, remove or restrict the content, adjust a balance or process a refund, and warn, suspend, or terminate the responsible account.

Other removal or billing requests

The same channel works for other requests too — a payment that did not credit coins, a refund, or content you think breaks our rules for other reasons. See our Refund Policy for how payment refunds work.

False or bad-faith reports

Reporting content you know is not actually non-consensual, or reporting in bad faith to harass someone or remove legitimate content, breaks our Terms of Service and can result in the report being disregarded and action against your account.

This page summarizes how we handle non-consensual content reports. The full process, including billing and other complaints, is in our Complaints Policy.
